DimeLabs perspective

This is something different from a single card — an original, factory-sealed cello pack from the 1991–92 SkyBox Canadian Minis promotion, graded PSA 10 with Michael Jordan’s mini card displayed face-up through the wrapper. The Canadian Minis were a Canada-only snack-food promotion: SkyBox partnered with Hostess/Frito-Lay to insert a single miniature card (just 1¼″ by 1¾″) into specially marked bags of Doritos, Ruffles, Cheetos, O’Ryan’s and Hostess snacks, with roughly nine of ten bags containing a card and a mail-in backstop for the rest.

The full set runs 50 minis; Jordan is the key, here shown on the classic SkyBox dunk image against the swirling teal-and-yellow background. What makes this special is that it survived sealed. These were cheap snack-bag inserts that kids tore open by the millions, so an intact, never-opened pack — with the Jordan card perfectly positioned on top and the cellophane uncreased — is far harder to find than the loose mini, and a gem-graded one rarer still: PSA has certified just 81 of these packs across all grades, with only 21 reaching PSA 10.
